Terms of Service

1. The service

GPT Raven relays commands from a client you control to a host computer you control, and returns the output. We operate the relay server. We do not operate your computer.

2. Your account

You need an account with a confirmed email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access.

One person, one account. Do not share credentials.

3. What you may not do

• Use the service against a computer you do not own or are not authorised to administer.
• Break the law of your country or ours, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attack, overload or probe our infrastructure, or attempt to reach other people's data.
• Resell or rebrand the service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account that does any of this, without a refund for the period involved.

4. Working with a chat assistant

GPT Raven reads commands out of an assistant's reply in your own browser and can place text into its input field. This is automation of a service that is not ours, and the terms of such services — OpenAI's among them — restrict interacting with them by automated means outside their API.

We are telling you this plainly so the choice is yours. We are not aware of accounts being closed over it, but we cannot promise anything about how the operator of that service treats your account, and we are not responsible for what they decide. If you would rather not rely on it, the host also accepts a command you copy and paste yourself, which involves no automation at all.

5. Commands run at your risk

A command you approve runs on your machine with your privileges. It can change or delete data. Review what you run. We are not responsible for the consequences of commands you or your assistant issue.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The price you subscribe at stays with your subscription; a later price change applies to new subscriptions only.

Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and issues your invoice. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and does not renew after that. You can also delete your account by writing to us.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream failures and factors outside our control can interrupt it.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost data, lost profit or indirect losses.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
