Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

If you are not happy with GPT Raven, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.

After 14 days

Cancel any time and the subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We do not refund part of a period that has already run, except where the law of your country requires it.

If the service was broken

If the service was unusable for a significant part of a paid period because of a fault on our side, write to us. We refund that period.

How to ask

Write to support@090191.xyz from the email address on the account. We answer within two business days. The money goes back the way it came, through our payment provider; the bank usually takes another five to ten days to show it.

Nothing here takes away rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
